そしてこれまでの間に多くの犬を亡くしてきました。もちろん私たちの看板犬も。
Time has passed so long after we closed Retriever Cafe.
And we lost a lot of friendly dogs, Of course our mascot dogs passed away too.
犬は駆け抜けるように生きて、あっという間に死んでしまいます。
それが犬の世代交代なのだとも言われます。
Dogs live so fast and die so fast.
Some say it is generations of dogs.
けれども「その犬」は貴方が一緒に生きた、他の誰でもないたった一頭の「その犬」なのです、
たとえ今は天国と地球とで離れていても、ずっとずっと一緒。
But the dog you lived together was the only one.
Together forever even separated in between of the heaven and the earth.
最近、一人の知人が子犬を迎えました。
そして人間の赤ちゃん用の手形キットで可愛い子犬の手形を取りました。
そして別の知人がそれを見て言いました
「私も亡くなってしまった自分の犬の手形を取っておけばよかった」と。
A friend got an adorable puppy recently.
And she made the pretty puppy’s handprint with a clay kit for human baby.
Then the other friend said “I wish I made the handprint of my dog before she passed away”.
可愛い手形がないから、愛が足りなかった？それは大間違い！
No handprint, Less love? That’s wrong!
そんな言葉は聞きたくないし、決して遅すぎるとは限りません。

私たちはそういった彼らを忘れずに大事にするために、一つのサービスを始めました。

So we start a service to keep them in our sweet memory.

そのサービスの名前は「てって」です。
The restoration service is named “tette”.

実寸大の「てって」をお届けします。
We will restore the real size “tette”.
たとえ砂浜の踏み跡でも、多少不鮮明な足の裏でも、てっての写真を送ってください。
写真をもとに、あの時あなたの手の中に収まっていた、あの「てって」を実寸大に復元してお届けします。
Please send the paw pictures. Even they are not clear, or a cheap dimple on the beach.
We will try to trace harder from the pictures, to restore the real size “tette” paw which you held in your hand.
あの大きさ、あの収まり具合、そしてあの愛を思い出してください。
その愛という絆は昔も今もずっと強く繋がっているのです。
